condon’s portfolio

Condon with his work #18-3

My formal training was as a silversmith and jeweler using traditional techniques. I have worked with precious and non precious materials and a variety of processes  to make objects including gold and silver jewelry, ceremonial  medallions, presentation pieces for special occasions,  and ecclesiastical pieces.  While I continue to work in this manner, my current focus is  with  mixed media and sculpture  more than with functional craft.

A current ongoing series is based  on three recent trips to Pompeii and  the region  at the base of Mt. Vesuvius.
